Project Overview: After a massively successful inaugural South African festival in 2017, AFROPUNK are returning with an even bigger offering at the end of this year. They turned to MMM to produce teaser and launch content, unveiling the official dates, artists, and theme for this cultural phenomenon. We developed a creative concept that went beyond mere hype, and aimed to instigate the AFROPUNK movement’s political ideals. Filming a series of interviews with key influencers and artists, we produced a batch of videos and stills for an extended launch campaign on their social platforms, getting the conversation started.
